Sunshine Falafel Burgers

The sunshine burgers are back in a falafel version and as expected, they are fabulous!
Served with tzatziki sauce and a greek salad it was a fast, fresh, balanced meal! I can’t wait to try the Southwest variety as well – these are definitely a new staple in our house!

My Tzatziki Recipe:
Greek yogurt (I prefer 2%)
Chopped cucumber
Minced garlic
Splash of olive oil & vinegar
Dill, Salt & Pepper

You're the second person I've seen raving about these. They must be great. I've never had falafel burgers. I'm curious about their protein content, since I technically don't really know what falafel is… sad huh? lol

When are you going to start bottling this stuff and selling it at the farmer market?

I wish I could find this stuff – i love burgers, i love falafel, how can it go wrong?

Mrs. Meyers – falafel is so good! it is made from ground chick peas and is normally a round little fried ball but these obviously aren't fried, they also have brown rice in them and have 10 g of protein and 6 g of fiber! (and they are yummy!)

Brian in Mpls – I will sell it as soon as you buy it.

The Actors Diet – You have to find it! They are in Whole Foods….
